Here's a simple guide to completing the intern feedback form. Please follow these steps to ensure a complete and accurate return:

1. List of Interns: You have received a list of interns. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the names on this list.
2. Access the Form: Just below, you will find the survey to be completed for each intern.
3. Complete the Form:

• For each intern, start by entering their name in the appropriate field.
• Note any relevant observations or assessments in the dedicated sections of the form.
• Make sure to rate each intern according to the established criteria.

1. Repeat Operation: Once you have clicked "I RATING" for one trainee, please repeat the process for each trainee on the list. This will ensure that nothing is missed and that each evaluation is well documented.
2. Verification: Before submitting, take a moment to verify that all information is correct and complete for each intern.
